Evaluating the risks associated with autonomous fundraising differs significantly from typical SaaS security assessments. This idea that evaluating technology, not just based on its security, but also on its independent and autonomous actions is a brave new world requiring a different set of requirements. This week we’re hyper-focused on R&D for interactive avatars to enhance the donor’s experience. VEOs will be able to answer donor questions about events, past giving and other ways to engage with the organization in real time in an environment like a Zoom screen that they are familiar with. Trust and transparency will be at the forefront of our approach to this type of interaction. Our goal is to find ways for technology to enhance the donor’s experience.
